Opening hours

Bathrobe and spa bag are available free of charge for the duration of your stay.

• As our guest, you will receive a GUTi ticket. With the GUTi, you can use public transport free of charge in the entire Bavarian Forest ticket tariff area. Hop on the train, bus, or ski bus and discover things to do in Bodenmais and the surrounding area!
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Make your spa holiday in the Bavarian Forest extra special with the following additional services:

• Beauty and spa treatments
• Massages
• Medicinal baths
• Solarium
• Physiotherapy and physiotherapeutic practice (if prescribed by a doctor, you may be able to settle the costs with your health insurance provider)

• Please book your cosmetic treatments in advance if possible. In the case of last-minute enquiries, we cannot guarantee that appointment slots will still be available.
• We ask for your understanding that we can only give you your exact appointment times upon arrival at the hotel. In case of a short stay, please let us know your arrival time so that we can start the treatments directly on the day of arrival.
• If you cancel an appointment and we are unable to reschedule, we regret that we will have to charge you 70% of the price.
• Please inform us if you are pregnant or have a relevant medical condition when booking.
• Please include your telephone number or e-mail address so that we can reach you in case of questions.

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.

The ¾ pampering board starts with the afternoon buffet on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. You are also welcome to extend your holiday by a few hours: for just €20.00 per person, you can enjoy both the spa area and the afternoon buffet on your departure day.

You are welcome to book your stay with breakfast only. If you forgo the afternoon buffet and dinner menu, the booking price is reduced by €12.00 per person.

Of course, you can continue to use all the other inclusive services.

The visitor’s tax is €3.60 per day for adults and €1.80 per day for children over six and will be added to the room rate.

In return, you will receive a GUTi ticket. With it, you can use public transport free of charge in the entire Bavarian Forest ticket tariff area.

We have 45 underground parking spaces available for our guests.

Daily rate from May to November: €6.00

Daily rate from December to April: €8.00

For extra beds or cots, we charge the following rates per day:

Children up to and including 15 years of age in an extra room will receive a 20% reduction on the ¾ pampering board price.

Children’s rates in suite type 11 are available on request.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. Please let us know when you book. We charge a fee of €7.50 per night for dogs.

General cancellation conditions

We allow free cancellation of the booking up to 21 days before arrival. After that time, we charge 70% of the price of the room or package.

Cancellation policy during the Christmas period

Special conditions apply to bookings during the Christmas period. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to six weeks before arrival. After this date, 70% of the total amount may be charged if the room can no longer be rebooked.
